Das ist rechtswidrig, aber dort kriegst du kein Geld zurück !!! Nur ein Gutschein ! Do not buy here, otherwise you will not get your money if you return the goods within 2 weeks. d	dagibestijanic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich vor einen Monat 10 Minuten vor Geschäftsschluss das Geschäft betreten habe und von einen Lehrmädchen darauf arrogant hingewiesen wurde „ darf ich behilflich sein weil wir sperren in 5 Minuten“ war ich perplex da sie mit der Hand auch noch fünf Finger zeigen musste als würde ich die Zahl nicht verstehen!! Nachdem ich gestern wieder das Geschäft betreten habe um halb sechs und die Kunden wieder darauf hingewiesen wurden wieviel Zeit noch bleibt bin ich sofort wieder zum Ausgang gegangen, auf dem Weg nach draußen redeten die Kolleginnen nur darüber wie lange sie noch aushalten müssen bis sie nach Hause können!! Ich bin selber im Einzelhandel und finde es einfach unverschämt und unhöflich vor dem Kunden darüber zu reden wie lange die Arbeit noch dauert, das ist ein NO GO überhaupt in der Innenstadt!! After I entered the store 10 minutes before closing time a month ago and was arrogantly told by a teacher "I can help because we lock in 5 minutes" I was perplexed because she had to show with her hand also five fingers as I would not understand the number! After I re-entered the store yesterday at half past five and the customers were told again how much time is left I went straight back to the exit, on the way out, the colleagues just talked about how long they have to endure until they get home can!! I'm in the retail business myself and I just think it's outrageous and impolite to talk to the customer about how long the work will take, that's a NO GO in the city center !!

Hinter meinem Rücken haben sich die Verkäuferinnen ausgetauscht wie typisch es wäre unter der Woche keine Kundschaft aber vor der Schließstunde sehr wohl Arbeit zu haben...Nein, Danke! Mit mir werden Sie sicher keine Arbeit mehr haben! 10 minutes before closing, I was told absolutely rude that the house would be blocked. Behind my back the salespeople exchanged ideas, how typical it would be to have no customers during the week but to have work before the closing hour ... No, thanks! You will no longer have any work with me!

Sie war aufmerksam und ist auf uns eingegangen. GRATULATION, bitte so weitermachen. Wir sind dann auch glücklich mit 4 Kleidungsstücken raus gegangen. Genauso wünscht man sich als Kunde behandelt zu werden. Tolle Auswahl, großartige Verkäuferin, erschwingliche Preise und das auf der Kärntner Straße!! Wir kommen wieder! Price-performance ratio fits! We (my mother and I) had a great saleswoman who brought us everything we wanted. She was attentive and responded to us. CONGRATULATIONS, please carry on like this. We went out happy with 4 pieces of clothing. That is exactly how you wish to be treated as a customer. Great selection, great saleswoman, affordable prices and that on Kärntner Straße !! Instead of being upset by the mess and damaged merchandise, the store staff was super kind and understanding. They gave her a chair and towel, and went above and beyond to make her feel better. Outstanding customer service!
