Da ich um 10.45 Uhr immer noch nicht dran kam, da ich weder gefragt wurde, ob ich etwas trinken möchte, noch auf meinen Hinweis, dass die Heizung defekt und es eiskalt sei eingegangen wurde bzw. die Mitarbeiterin nur alle paar Minuten sagte, sie sei gleich soweit und die Heizung wäre repariert ( dem war nicht so, habe selbst gegriffen, Heizkörper war eiskalt), bin ich gegangen. Enttäuschend aber offenbar gehen die Geschäfte zu gut, dass man Termine nicht einhalten und auf Kundenhinweise nicht eingeht. ? Appointment should have been at 10:30 am. As I was still not answered at 10.45am as I was not asked if I would like a drink, nor was I answered when I pointed out that the heating was broken and it was freezing or the staff member just kept saying she was every few minutes right away and the heating would be repaired (that wasn't the case, I grabbed it myself, the radiator was freezing), I left. Disappointing but apparently business is going so well that appointments are not kept and customer instructions are not addressed. ?
