Jedoch wird (ohne darüber zu informieren) nur der Preis des Färbens halbiert, der Rest wird voll bezahlt. Obwohl vorher 55€ kalkuliert wurden, musste ich letztendlich 86€ zahlen (Ohne Schneiden). Eigentlich sollte ein blonder Balayage gefärbt werden (die hellere Farbe sollte circa ab Kinnhöhe beginnen). Am Unterkopf wurde die Farbe 10 cm vom Ansatz entfernt aufgetragen, am Oberkopf lediglich einen cm entfernt. Es sieht aus, als wäre mein Ansatz rausgewachsen. Zusätzlich hat sich die Tönung nach einmal Waschen ausgewaschen, wodurch die Haare gelb aussehen. Auch der Übergang ist nicht fein - ich habe Balken in den Haaren. Andere Friseure (ich war bei 2 professionellen) konnten nicht glauben, dass dies das Werk eines Friseurs ist und dass ich dafür so viel Geld gezahlt habe. Ich bin also zurück zu Hair Point und habe sachlich erklärt, wieso ich unzufrieden bin und dass sie bitte etwas dagegen machen sollen oder ich mein Geld zurück möchte, damit ich zu einem anderen Friseur gehen kann. Die Inhaberin hat darauf beharrt, dass es nicht schlimm aussieht und gesagt, dass ich kein Geld zurückbekomme, da sie dies „noch nie getan hat“. Sie hat sich geweigert, den Fehler zu beheben oder mir irgendeine Wiedergutmachung zukommen zu lassen. Dann hat sie mich als “frech“ beleidigt und aus dem Laden geworfen. Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne geben, sonst würde ich dies tun. Diesen Laden würde ich niemandem empfehlen. People are tempted by standing models and paying only half the price. However (without informing about it) only the price of the dyeing is halved, the rest is paid in full. Although 55 € were previously calculated, I ultimately had to pay 86 € (without cutting). Actually, a blonde balayage should be colored (the lighter color should start around chin height). The paint was applied 10 cm away from the base on the lower head and only one cm away on the upper head. It looks like my approach has grown out of it. In addition, the tint washed out after washing, making the hair look yellow. The transition is not fine either - I have bars in my hair. Other hairdressers (I was with 2 professional ones) couldn't believe that this is the work of a hairdresser and that I paid so much money for it. So I'm back to Hair Point and have explained objectively why I am dissatisfied and that you should please do something about it or that I want my money back so that I can go to another hairdresser. The owner has insisted that it doesn't look bad and said that I won't get any money back because she "has never done this". She refused to fix the mistake or give me any redress. Then she insulted me as "cheeky" and threw me out of the shop. Unfortunately you cannot give 0 stars, otherwise I would do so. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
M	Mariola Kulka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chłopak był raz Ale niestety nie wyszedł zadowolony. Pani fryzjerka bardzo miła, ale bardziej chętna do rozmowy z nim niż do obcinania. Efekt marny. Salon sam w sobie w porządku, zadbany i czysty. The boy was once but unfortunately he didn't leave happy. The hairdresser is very nice, but more willing to talk to him than to cut it. Poor effect. The salon itself is fine, well-kept and clean.
