★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unflexibel, komplizierte, langsame Abwicklung. Ewige Wartezeiten, beschränktes Sortiment, teure Preise. Leider weiß ich nach dem letzten Besuch - eigentlich 4 (!) in 2 Niederlassungen - absolut nichts anderes (Positives) zu sagen. Es sollte eigentlich nicht so sein, dass man ein Geschäft nur in Ermangelung einer Alternative aufsucht...... Ist bei mir jetzt aber leider der Fall.
Unflexible, complicated, slow processing. Eternal waiting times, limited assortment, expensive prices. Unfortunately I know after the last visit - actually 4 (!) In 2 branches - absolutely nothing else (positive) to say. It should not really be that one visits a business only in the absence of an alternative ...... is unfortunately the case with me now.

Specialist staff, friendly service, much better than in the big hardware stores .... just great ... I'm already decades-long customer and always happy to come .. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großer Hagebau, viele Parkplätze, freundliche Mitarbeiter, in den Abteilungen teilweise zu viel Ware...das beengt und ich empfinde es dadurch unübersichtlich.
Large Hagebau, lots of parking spaces, friendly employees, sometimes too much goods in the departments ... that's cramped and I find it confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich. Wollte als langjähriger Kunde leere Gasflasche zurück geben. Habe leider keinen Kaution bon ( der ist nach 2 Jahren sowieso schon verbleicht .) Soll mit der Flasche nach Klagenfurt zu flaga. Das nennt man Kunden Freundlichkeit. Schade
Unfriendly. As a long-term customer, wanted to return an empty gas bottle. Unfortunately I don't have a deposit (it has already faded after 2 years anyway.) Should be taken to flaga with the bottle in Klagenfurt. This is called customer friendliness. What a shame
