In Detail geht es um die Sparte Dialock Türsysteme.
Wir haben alle unsere Hotels auf Dialock umgestellt.
Installation: Verspätet und Unprofessionell
Service: Hotline nie erreichbar, Servicetechniker bis zu einer Woche Wartezeit.
Abgesehen davon: extrem unfreundlich und keine Hilfsbereitschaft erkennbar im Gegenteil.
Es ging sogar so weit das wir unsere Zimmer nicht belegen konnten und Gäste in andere Hotels umlegen mussten da das System nicht funktioniert und kein Servicetechniker zur Verfügung stand.

We have switched all our hotels to Dialock.
Installation: Delayed and unprofessional
Service: Hotline never available, service technicians can wait up to a week.
Apart from that: extremely unfriendly and no willingness to help recognizable on the contrary.
It even went so far that we could not occupy our rooms and had to transfer guests to other hotels because the system was not working and no service technician was available.
