W	Wolfgang Johannes Tschabrun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kundenservice ist in keinster weise um den Kunden bemüht, Lieferungen kommen teils gar nicht zu Stande weil die Restaurants vor Dienstschluss zusperren, Stornierung dauert jetzt schon über 5 Tage nicht wie versprochen innerhalb der 2 Tage. Nie wieder werde ich bei HabGusta bestellen!!!! Gehe stark von Betrug aus Strafanzeige folgt! Customer service is in no way concerned with the customer, deliveries are sometimes not made because the restaurants close before the end of work, cancellation now takes more than 5 days, but not within the 2 days as promised. I will never order from HabGusta again !! Go strongly from fraud following criminal complaint!
R	Richard Riech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BETRÜGER! Wollte den Mittags-Deal nutzen (Vorspeise + Hauptspeise + Dessert + Gratis-Getränk + Gratis-Lieferung). Am Ende wurde von mir angezeigt das ich mehr als 12 Euro ausgeben muss. Der Kundendienst war überhaupt nicht hilfreich! Man schrieb mir das das Restaurant auch Geld verdienen muss, Frechtheit! CHEATER! Wanted to use the lunch deal (starter + main course + dessert + free drink + free delivery). In the end, I was shown that I had to spend more than 12 euros. Customer service was not helpful at all! They wrote to me that the restaurant also has to earn money, cheek!
A	Alexander Hermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ langsam mausert sich die Seite zu einer zuverlässigen Bestellplattform (im November gab es noch einige Fehler). Wenn die Funktionalität ("Essen wurde ins Zustellfahrzeug geladen", "food-tracker", usw.) noch ausgebaut wird, wäre das Klasse :) Gut finde ich, dass sich die Restaurantauswahl von den Marktführern unterscheidet und der Support gemeldete Bugs/Fehler behebt. Wird aber meiner Meinung nach noch eine Zeit lang dauern, bis die Plattform halbwegs mit der Konkurrenz mithalten kann... wenigstens gibt es noch verhältnismäßig wenige Bewertungen/Restaurant, wodurch man sich (noch) ein besseres Bild von der Qualität der Restaurants (im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz) machen kann :) the site is slowly becoming a reliable ordering platform (there were still a few bugs in November). If the functionality ("food was loaded into the delivery vehicle", "food tracker", etc.) is expanded, that would be great :) I think it's good that the restaurant selection differs from the market leaders and the support fixes reported bugs / errors . But in my opinion it will take a while before the platform can keep up with the competition ... at least there are still relatively few reviews / restaurant, which gives you (even) a better picture of the quality of the restaurants (in comparison to competition) :)

Kein Support im Livechat - nach 20 Minuten warten - obwohl ich lt. dem Chat der erste in der Warteschlange war. Einmal und NIE wieder! Half of the order is missing. Food arrives completely frozen (except for the drink, which luckily cannot cool down). No support in live chat - wait after 20 minutes - although according to the chat I was the first in the queue. Once and never again!
F	Flosse Zwei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einwandfrei! Habe in den letzten Wochen etwa 5x bestellt. Ein einziges Mal war die Lieferung 7 Minuten verspätet, aber das ist echt im Rahmen. Durch Verkehr oder großen Andrang im Restaurant kann das schon mal vorkommen. Es ist der einzige Lieferservice der aus meinem Lieblingsrestaurant bis zu mir nachhause zustellt, da die Strecke außerhalb des Lieferradius der anderen Dienste liegt. Bin sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! Perfect! Have ordered about 5 times in the last few weeks. There was only one time when the delivery was 7 minutes late, but that’s really reasonable. This can happen from time to time due to traffic or a large crowd in the restaurant. It is the only delivery service that delivers from my favorite restaurant to my home, as the route is outside the delivery radius of the other services. I am very pleased! Thanks very much!

Bestellung wurde vom Restaurant storniert (die hatten nicht offen, waren aber auf habgusta zum Auswählen) ... das ist jetzt knapp 3 Wochen her und ich hab keine Antwort auf meine Anfragen bekommen, wie ich zu meinem Geld wieder komme. Order placed, amount was debited from the credit card. Order was canceled by the restaurant (they weren't open, but were on habgusta to choose from)... that was almost 3 weeks ago and I didn't get an answer to my inquiries about how I could get my money back.
