M	Michael S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zum 1. Mal dort, mit ausgemachtem Termin. Meine Frau musste 30 Minuten lange warten, wurde komplett ignoriert, und hat schließlich das Geschäft verlassen. Bis zum Schluss wusste sie trotz nachfragen nicht, bei wem der Termin dann tatsächlich gewesen wäre; Stefan oder Jasmin. EDIT: Der Termin war um 10.30. Meine Frau hat das Geschäft um 11:03 verlassen. Wovon sprechen Sie? Ihre Antwort beweist eigentlich nur, wie unreflektiert Ihre Wahrnehmung ist. Sie wissen ganz genau, dass Sie es verbockt haben. Deshalb wollten Sie mir auch einen Gutschein anbieten… Ich habe Sie nicht empört angesehen, das haben Sie missverstanden. Sie haben meine Frau schlecht behandelt, und ich habe mich bemüht, höflich zu bleiben. Jetzt bedauere ich, dass ich nicht deutlicher zu Ihnen geworden bin. Der Fisch fängt ja bekanntlich beim Kopf zu stinken an. Und er stinkt gewaltig. Ich rate dringend davon ab, Ihr Geschäft zu besuchen! We were there for the first time, with an agreed date. My wife had to wait 30 minutes, was completely ignored, and eventually left the store. Until the end, despite inquiries, she did not know with whom the appointment would actually have been; Stefan or Jasmin. EDIT: The appointment was at 10.30. My wife left the store at 11:03 am. What are you talking about? Your answer really just proves how unreflective your perception is. You know very well that you screwed up. That's why you wanted to offer me a voucher ... I didn't look at you indignantly, you misunderstood that. You treated my wife badly and I tried to be polite. Now I regret that I have not become more explicit to you. As is well known, the fish starts to stink in the head. And it stinks a lot. I strongly advise against visiting your shop!

Best hairdresser all over the world. I come here every time I come to visit from abroad to get my hair cut properly!

Aufgeregt und tatsächlich mit einer Packung Taschentücher bewaffnet, wurde ich im stylishen Salon herzlichst empfangen und eingehend beraten, bevor die Haare abkamen. Mein Frisör Stefan erklärte mir Schritt für Schritt, was man frisurentechnisch machen könnte, damit ich nicht wie erwartet mit einer raspelkurzen Kurzhaarfrisur rausginge. Ich fühlte mich gleich sicherer und wurde mit Stefans Ideen immer experimentierfreudiger. Kurz (oder eben nicht ganz so kurz) und gut, nach den ewig langweiligen langen Haaren habe ich endlich wieder eine Frisur - und die Taschentücher sind nie zum Einsatz gekommen. Ich kann nur wiederholen, was andere hier schon geschrieben haben: super-schicker Salon, freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen, tolle Beratung und man nimmt sich viel Zeit. Danke Stefan, ich habe mich ganz toll begleitet gefühlt! Von nun an bin ich Stammkundin bei Haas & Haas I wanted to donate my long hair and of course this goes hand in hand with a massive change in type. Excited and actually armed with a pack of handkerchiefs, I was warmly welcomed in the stylish salon and given detailed advice before my hair came off. My hairdresser Stefan explained to me step by step what hairstyle technology could do so that I wouldn't go out with a raspy short hairstyle as expected. I immediately felt more secure and became more and more willing to experiment with Stefan's ideas. Short (or not that short) and good, after the eternally boring long hair I finally have a hairstyle again - and the handkerchiefs were never used. I can only repeat what others have already written here: super-chic salon, friendly staff, great advice and you take a lot of time. Thank you Stefan, I felt very well accompanied! From now on I am a regular customer at Haas & Haas

Stefan hat zum einen genau gewusst, wie ich meine Farbe sowie auch meine Frisur gerne hätte ohne das ich viel sagen musste. P	Philipp Tikowsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem der Friseur meines Vertrauens aufgrund von Terminproblemen und Unflexibilität gemieden wurde habe ich mich entschlossen mein Glück beim Team von Haas & Haas zu versuchen: Ich hatte meinen Termin 2 Tage später. Der Salon ist sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und man wurde freundlich sowohl vom Chef persönlich als auch von den Mitarbeitern begrüßt. Das Ergebnis sieht besser aus als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte, der Herr welcher mir die Haare schnitt und färbte war überaus nett und lustig und hat mir jeden Schritt erklärt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut spitze, ich werde auch zukünftig diesen Salon aufsuchen - absolute Empfehlung! Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal :) lg After the hairdresser I trusted was avoided due to appointment problems and inflexibility, I decided to try my luck with the Haas & Haas team: I had my appointment 2 days later. The salon is very clean, modernly equipped and you were greeted in a friendly manner by both the boss and the staff. The result looks better than I had imagined, the gentleman who cut and colored my hair was extremely nice and funny and explained every step to me. Price / performance ratio absolutely great, I will also visit this salon in the future - absolute recommendation! I'm looking forward to the next time :) lg

The hair salon is accessible to me 10-15 minutes away and it is definitely worth the drive. Added on to that, there are several cafes nearby that are also very excellent. Thus I really recommend going to this hair salon to anyone who needs a haircut.
