Wenn ihr die Wartezeit auf max. 15min runtersetzen könnt, dann gibt es auch noch den fünften Stern. I'm always happy with my haircut but sometimes you have to wait up to half an hour. If you wait for max. 15min down, then there is also the fifth star.
S	Sabine Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vergleich zu anderen Friseuren stimmt für mich hier das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Ich erlebte es bereits, dass während meiner Kopfwäsche die Damen eine Kollegin ausrichteten was meines Erachtens nach einfach nicht hingehört, schon gar nicht neben Kundschaften. Es wurden mir jetzt 2 mal Haarfarben regelrecht aufgedrängt wo nach meinem 3. Nein die Friseurin immer noch nachbohrte wie toll mir das doch stehen würde. Auch die Preise empfinde ich für die Leistung schlicht zu hoch. Insgesamt fühle ich mich dort nicht wohl. Compared to other hairdressers, the price-performance ratio is not right for me here. I already experienced that during my headwashing, the ladies organized a colleague, which in my opinion simply didn't belong, especially not next to customers. I was now forced 2 hair colors where after my 3rd no the hairdresser was still drilling how great it would look to me. I also find the prices simply too high for the performance. Overall, I don't feel comfortable there.

M	Marcel Putzig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War schon öfters dort, hat eigentlich immer gepasst aber beim letzten mal wurden meine Haare nicht sauber geschnitten (kann ja mal passieren), war noch mal dort musste 1 Stunde warten... danach ist jeder andere vor mir dran gekommen als ich mich beschwert habe, war ich der Blöde und wurde angemault.... So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Has been there several times, actually always fit, but the last time my hair was not cut cleanly (can happen), I was there again had to wait 1 hour ... after that everyone else got in front of me when I complained , I was the stupid and was yelled at .... That's not how you treat your customers. Very bad customer service.
A	Alessio Fanfulla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fur des was ich bhezahlt habe find ich des nicht professionell i hab Haare gefärbt vor vielleicht 2 Wochen hab ich 50€ bhezahlt bin schon bei eine andere Friseurin gewesen sie hatt mich fur blondierung,schnitt und nochmal Türkis färben 25 Euro gefragt For what I paid I don't think it's professional I dyed my hair maybe 2 weeks ago I paid €50 I've already been to another hairdresser she asked me for bleaching, cutting and dying turquoise again for €25
