Es wurde voll und ganz auf meine Wünsche eingegangen ? alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend und strahlen Ruhe aus (im Gegensatz zu anderen friseurstudios wo Hektik an der Tagesordnung steht). Weiters wurde beim Haare kämmen und föhnen nicht an meinen Haaren gerissen oder gezogen, was für mich neu war. Sonst musste ich (bei anderen friseurstudios) mit meinen Kopf dagegenhalten. Super finde ich auch den Schüler- und studentenrabatt, habe ich noch nie bei einem anderen Friseur gesehen. Der Feuchtigkeitsbalsam ist der Wahnsinn und ich kann ihn jedem nur empfehlen, der trockene Spitzen hat!! Was ist auch noch toll finde ist, dass ihr in Facebook und instagram vertreten seid ? alles in allem bin ich mehr als zufrieden und freue mich schon auf das nächste mal ? Ps: seitdem ich eure Produkte verwende, bekomme ich laufend Komplimente für meine Haare ? I was there for the time being, I'm really excited about it !! It was fully responded to my wishes ? everyone is friendly and courteous and exudes calm (in contrast to other hairdressing salons where hectic is the order of the day). Furthermore, when combing hair and blow-drying, my hair was not torn or pulled, which was new to me. Otherwise I had to hold my head against it (at other hairdressing salons). I also think the student discount is great, I have never seen another hairdresser. The moisturizing balm is amazing and I can only recommend it to anyone with dry tips !! What is also great is that you are represented on Facebook and Instagram ? all in all, I am more than satisfied and I am looking forward to the next time seit Ps: since I have been using your products, I have been getting compliments for my hair ?

Ich fahre jedes Mal insgesamt 80km und verbringe dank Zwei-Phasen-Färbung meist an die 4h dort. Ich fühle mich immer gut aufgehoben und die Mitarbeiterinnen sind stets bemüht ?? Mit Tee, gesunden Knabbersachen wie ZB Nüssen wird man ebenfalls verwöhnt! ?? Fazit: Top! Erstklassiger Service! Klare Weiterempfehlung ☺ As a regular customer for over 2 years, I can not say anything negative about Haarmonie ? I drive a total of 80km each time and spend most of the 4h there thanks to two-phase staining. I always feel well cared for and the staff are always ready ?? With tea, healthy snacks such as nuts you will also be spoiled! ?? Conclusion: Top! First class service! Clear recommendation ☺
N	Natalie Carlotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu Empfehlen! Beim ersten Besuch wurden meine langen Haare komplett verschnitten! ? Beim zweiten Besuch zur Korrektur des Fehlers wurde wieder genauso schlampig gearbeitet. Unverschämt ist auch das ich vor dem Korrektur Schneiden förmlich zum Haare waschen gedrängt wurde. Trotzdem mir gesagt wurde dass nur das Föhnen extra verrechnet wird musste ich die Haarwäsche dann doch bezahlen. Die Haare mussten im Endeffekt wegen des Fehlschnitts wesentlich mehr an Länge opfern als ich ursprünglich geplant hatte und nun sieht es immer noch völlig verschnitten aus! Zuständig für eine Kritik fühlt sich auch keiner, die Geschäftsführung hat einfach nicht zurückgerufen. Fazit: Na Servus! Nie wieder! Not recommendable! On the first visit, my long hair was completely cut! ? On the second visit to correct the mistake worked just as sloppy again. It is also outrageous that I was literally urged to wash my hair before correcting cutting. Nevertheless, I was told that only the blow-drying will be charged extra, but then I had to pay for the hair washing. In the end, the hair had to sacrifice much more length than I originally planned because of the incorrect cut and now it still looks completely blended! Nobody feels responsible for criticism either, the management simply did not call back. Conclusion: Hello! Never again!

Dank der guten Beratung, der tollen Pflegeprodukte (!!) und der Professionalität und Freundlichkeit fühle ich mich dort immer gut aufgehoben. Ich habe lange Haare und erst als ich zu diesem Friseur und dessen Produkten wechselte, sieht mein Haar wirklich gepflegt und schön aus. Ein Besuch bei Haarmonie ist schon wie ein kleiner Ausflug in eine Wellnessoase (Kopfmassage mit inbegriffen!). I have been a customer of the natural hairstylist Haarmonie for many years and I am still very satisfied. Thanks to the good advice, the great care products (!!) and the professionalism and friendliness, I always feel in good hands there. I have long hair and it was only when I switched to this hairdresser and his products that my hair looks really neat and beautiful. A visit to Haarmonie is like a little trip to a wellness oasis (including a head massage!).

Ich würde niemals wieder wechseln, dort bin ich daheim, dort fühl ich mich wohl. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen... außer sie stammen von Leuten denen man es ohnehin nicht recht machen kann? Denn nirgendwo anders wird man so liebevoll behandelt, gut massiert, mit Tee und Leckerein versorgt.. jedes Mal aufs neue Beraten (oft wird man als Stammkundin abgschaslt - hier nicht!) ... etc. etc. Danke für alles meine lieben, ich bin sehr glücklich das ich euch hab! Eine sehr zufriedene und glückliche (und wunderschöne :-) ) Kundin The warmest, greatest and most competent hairdresser in the world. Worth a trip every time - I drive about 60km there for a visit. I would never change again, I am at home there, I feel comfortable there. I can't understand the bad reviews at all ... unless they come from people whom you can't do well anyway? Because nowhere else is you treated so lovingly, well massaged, provided with tea and treats .. every time you give new advice (you are often cheated out as a regular customer - not here!) ... etc. etc. Thanks for all my dear, I am very happy that I have you! Kurze Besprechung der Wünsche, eine angenehme Haarwäsche im Liegen, perfekt geschnittene Haare ( meine sind doch sehr lang), eine wohltuende, neutrale Henna Packung zur Pflege und eine Kopfmassage nach dem Auswaschen, daß man garnicht mehr aufstehen möchte. Sehr freundliches, kompetentes, höfliches Personal und als Draufgabe noch eine kurze Rückenmassage, damit überhaupt nicht mehr weg will. Ergebnis: wunderbar gepflegte, glänzende Haare, von Natur aus mit einem Rotstich und ein paar grauen Strähnen, sowie eine glückliche, zufriedene und entspannte Kundin. Herzlichen Dank dem Team in Klosterneuburg A "wellness" morning for hair and body. A brief discussion of your wishes, a pleasant hair wash while lying down, perfectly cut hair (mine are very long), a soothing, neutral henna pack for care and a head massage after washing out that you don't want to get up anymore. Very friendly, competent, polite staff and on top of that a short back massage so that I don't want to leave. Result: wonderfully well-groomed, shiny hair, naturally with a red cast and a few gray strands, as well as a happy, satisfied and relaxed customer. Many thanks to the team in Klosterneuburg
