Nach "Reklamation" wurde mir erst gesagt, ich muss immer wieder drüberfärben um das Balayage zu halten. Keine Empfehlung! Ich hatte alles mögliche, nur kein richtiges Balayage! Balayage not recommended, had a terrible hairstyle after only 2 weeks but paid 200 €. After "reclamation" I was told, I have to drüberfärben over and over again to hold the Balayage. No recommendation! I had everything possible, just no real Balayage!

Long gone are the days of distress when needing to have my hair styled, cut and coloured. I have made Vicky my personal hair stylist, she is always attentive, friendly and helpful with care instruction and advice.
