★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir auf den Rat von der Haaremacher Friseurin meine Haare nicht wieder blondieren, sondern strähnen lassen. Leider sah man nicht den Hauch einer Strähne, als die Folien wieder runtergenommen wurden.
Ich war sehr unzufrieden und sagte es auch. Da hieß es nur "Dann hätte ich lieber färben sollen". Toll, dafür bespricht man es doch vorher und man äußert, wie man es gerne haben möchte.
Zusätzlich musste ich nicht zwischen 110 - 130 € je nach Anzahl der Strähnen bezahlen (hatte vorher extra nachgefragt!!), sondern 165 €. Angeblich weil sie eine super schonende Kur ins Haar gemacht haben. Was ich aber auch erst an der Kasse erfahren habe.
Mein Freund war bei der gleichen Friseurin und war auch mega enttäuscht.
Negativ, dass das Ergenbis echt für die Tonne war und negativ auch, dass sie keine Kulanz gezeigt haben. Für eine Haarbehandlung, wo man offensichtlich keine Veränderung sieht, sind 165 € einfach viel, viel zu viel und kein Kundenservice!
On the advice of the hairdresser, I did not bleach my hair again, but had it highlighted. Unfortunately, you couldn't see a hint of a strand when the slides were removed.
I was very dissatisfied and said so. It said only "Then I should have preferred to dye". Great, but talk about it beforehand and express how you would like it to be.
In addition, I did not have to pay between 110 - 130 € depending on the number of strands (had previously asked for it !!), but 165 €. Supposedly because they made a super gentle cure in their hair. But what I only found out at the checkout.
My friend was with the same hairdresser and was extremely disappointed.
Negative that the result was real for the bin and negative also that they showed no goodwill. For a hair treatment where you obviously don't see any change, € 165 is just way too much and no customer service!

Alex is just a great hairdresser! I left the store more satisfied than I have been in a long time. There's always good coffee too. I would love to come back ☺️
