Sie hat mich dabei sehr gut beraten :) Guten Kaffee gibt es auch und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls top! Was in the hair design today and I am completely satisfied! Merita cut my tips and dyed my hair. She gave me very good advice :) There is also good coffee and the price-performance ratio is also great!

Besonders auch deshalb weil es das Lokal noch nicht so lange gibt und daher trotz Covid binnen kurzer Zeit ein freier Termin möglich war. Jenny is trying very hard! Have been there twice now and the cut and color were perfect. Absolute recommendation! Especially because the restaurant has not been around for that long and, despite Covid, a free appointment was possible within a short time.

N	NaMarie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war das erste Mal bei diesem Friseur und habe durch die vielen Guten Bewertungen und auf Empfehlung heraus meine Haare in deren Hände gelegt. Dreimal wurde nachgefragt ob sie eine Balayage von (unbehandelten) Dunkelbraun auf Blond hinbekommen und es wurde dreimal bejaht, also dachte ich nicht, dass dies schief gehen würde. Leider war das aber dann der Fall. Am Donnerstag wurden meine Haare gefärbt, nicht so wie ich es wollte. Es war nicht schlecht, aber halt ganz anders als ich es wollte. Am Freitag bin ich dann nochmal hin, wieder mit meiner Vorstellung von einer Balayage und der Frage ob man das einfach mehr nach meinen Vorstellungen färben könnte. Ich wurde sofort eingeschoben, es wurde gemeint ich habe es einfach falsch beschrieben (Bin also selbst schuld ? Ich hatte immer dasselbe Bild mit!) und es wurde fleißig gebleicht. Nochmals. Die gewünschte Balayage wurde zu einem wasserstoffblond mit ungleichmäßigen schwarzen Ansatz. Da das blond jedoch fleckig wurde auch nach Silbershampoo, wurde nochmals gebleicht, wieder wurde nachher das Silbershampoo 20 Minuten drinnengelassen. So dann hatte ich einen schwarzen Ansatz mit gelben wasserstoffblonden Haaren,fleckig, gräulich, bläulich und ungleichmäßig gefärbt. Auch wenn ich bei meinen Wünschen falsch verstanden wurde, ist so ein Ergebnis einfach nicht wünschenswert. Nicht so, wie man nach einem Friseur aussehen möchte. Meine Haare sind jetzt nach dreimal Bleichen so kaputt, dass mir eine andere Friseurin nicht mal mehr die Haare färben möchte aus Angst sie könnten abbrechen, sie nannte es „Körperverletzung“ und meinte sie tut was sie kann, aber richtig schön wird es eben nicht mehr und die Haare sind nun eben auch einfach kaputt. Ich bin echt verzweifelt und habe viele Tränen vergossen. Noch einmal werde ich nicht hingehen, die Angst ist zu groß, dass es nur mehr schlimmer wird. It was my first time at this hairdresser and because of the many good reviews and on recommendation, I put my hair in their hands. It was asked three times if they could do a balayage from (untreated) dark brown to blonde and it was answered in the affirmative three times, so I didn't think this would go wrong. Unfortunately that was the case. On Thursday my hair was colored, not the way I wanted it to be. It wasn't bad, but it was completely different from what I wanted it to be. On Friday I'll be there again, again with my idea of a balayage and the question of whether you could simply color it more according to my ideas. I was immediately pushed in, they said I just described it incorrectly (So it's your own fault? I always had the same picture with me!) And it was diligently bleached. Again. The desired balayage turned into a hydrogen blonde with an uneven black base. However, since the blond became stained even after the silver shampoo, it was bleached again, again afterwards the silver shampoo was left inside for 20 minutes. So then I had a black approach with yellow hydrogen-blonde hair, blotchy, grayish, bluish and unevenly colored. Even if my wishes were misunderstood, such a result is simply not desirable. Not what you want a hairdresser to look like. After three bleaches, my hair is so damaged that another hairdresser doesn't even want to dye my hair for fear it might break off, she called it "bodily harm" and said she does what she can, but it doesn't get really beautiful anymore and the hair is just broken now. I am really desperate and have shed many tears. I will not go again, the fear is too great that it will only get worse.
