★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolle Location, aber leider nicht für Feiern nach 22 Uhr geeignet - da bereits bekannter Nachbar seinen Unmut hegt & die Polizei ruft, sollte die Veranstaltung nicht sofort beendet werden. Da hilft ein Mietvertrag bis 02.00 Uhr leider auch nicht viel.. für eine einmalige Feier (wie bei mir ein runder Geburtstag) besser nicht mieten, da Ärger leider unvorhersehbar ist.
 great location, but unfortunately not suitable for celebrations after 10 p.m. - because already known neighbors are resentful & the police are calling, the event should not be ended immediately. A rental contract up to 2:00 a.m. doesn't help much either. For a one-time celebration (like a round birthday for me) it would be better not to rent, because anger is unfortunately unpredictable.
