★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkauft mangelhafte Ware, nach 3 Wochen, bekam der Schuh weißen Fleck. Der "nette Herr" behauptete gleich das es ein Benzinfleck sei, und das alles per Ferndiagnose lt. Fotos die ich schickte. Schuhe gingen trotzdem retour mit der Hoffnung die doch zumindest nachzufärben. Das konnte/wollte HK auch nicht.
Naja der nette HK drückt sich von seinen Gewährleistungspflichten , erst nach Androhung mit dem Anwalt schickte er die Schuhe überhaupt zurück. Also wie die ganzen 5 Sterne zusammen kommen, ist mir rätselhaft. Bei mir erfüllte HK nicht mal die gesetzlichen Rückgabebedienungen weder Gewährleistung oder Garantieansprüche.
NIE WIEDER
Sold defective goods, after 3 weeks, the shoe got white stain. The "nice gentleman" immediately claimed that it was a petrol stain, and all this by remote diagnosis according to the photos I sent. Shoes were still returned with the hope of at least redying them. HK couldn't/wouldn't either.
Well, the nice HK shies away from his warranty obligations, only after threatening to contact the lawyer did he even send the shoes back. So how the whole 5 stars come together is a mystery to me. For me, HK did not even fulfill the statutory return conditions, neither warranty nor guarantee claims.
