Die 2018 eingeführte Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) war für mich ein undurchsichtiges und ehrlich gesagt auch eine nervige Angelegenheit. "Welche Daten darf ich wo speichern? Welche Einverständnisse meiner KundInnen muss ich einholen? Was muss ich im Falle einer Datenschutzprüfung machen?" Fragen über Fragen... Gottseidank bin ich dann auf Ulrike Gutkas gestoßen die mir im Rahmen von der WKO geförderten Potentialanalyse Unterstützung beim Thema Datenschutz gab. Ulrike Gutkas war zum Termin bereits ideal vorbereitet mit Vordrucken, sodass wir sehr schnell meine Situation erfassen konnten und alle Informationen zum Datenschutz erarbeitet waren. Jetzt weiß ich mit Sicherheit, dass ich alle rechtlichen Vorgaben zum Thema Datenschutz erfülle. Ich habe im Anschluss ein Dokument erhalten, das ich im Falle einer Datenschutzprüfung vorzeigen kann. What do I have to do in case of a privacy check? " Questions about questions ...
