Kaution wurde nach mehr als 4 Monaten nach Übergabe noch nicht überwiesen, mit sich immer ändernden Erklärungen/Ausreden. 20+ Anrufe haben daran nichts geändert. Nobody feels responsible, the secretariat is very rude, if anyone picks it up during business hours. Deposit was not transferred after more than 4 months after delivery, with ever-changing explanations / excuses. 20+ calls did nothing to change.

Sowohl auch solche die mit einer ineffizienten Bürokratisch überhobenen Handlungsweise agieren weil sie für 20-30 Jahre vor Konkurrenz beschützt waren, welches aber nicht mehr der Fall ist zum Glück. Das einzige Interesse dieser Hausverwaltung am Haus bestand darin den Eigentümern den Dachboden billig abzukaufen. Als dies nicht gelang hörte man in Folge nichts mehr von ihnen. Owners' meetings are organized every 10 years, if at all. The only interest of this property manager in the house was to buy the attic cheaply from the owners. When this failed, nothing was heard from them in a row.
S	Schmoxxy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich lege jedem Leser, jeder Leserin dieser Rezension nahe dass er bei der Entscheidung mit dieser HV einen Vertrag einzugehen folgendes bedenken möge. Zahlreiche andere Rez. bestätigen mir ebenfalls meine Aussage. In meiner angemieteten Wohnung kam es zu Wassereintritt dann Schimmel, wir hatten im Haus kein absperrbares Eingangstor ( und das in einer Metropole), Sogar ein Brand der durch die Unachtsamkeit der Mieter sowie auch der HV entstanden ist wurde dementiert. Das ganze zog sich über ein Jahr und ich konnte die HV so gut wie nie erreichen. Eine Reperatur meines Erachtens von fachfremden- ja möglicherweise sogar Schwarzarbeitern war ohne Erfolg. Ich bin heilfroh dass ich aus diesem Mietvertrag nur mit psychischen Schäden und keinen körperlichen Problemen aufgrund Rauchgas oder Schimmersporen- Vergiftung aussteigen konnte. Es ist dennoch nicht vorbei, eine Verhandlung steht noch bevor. Zuletzt möchte ich hinzufügen das in Österreich die Meinungsfreiheit herrscht. Obiges ist nicht nur meine Meinug sondern Tatsache, schriftlich, bildlich und gedanklich im 6 Augenprizip festgehalten. Viel Glück bei der Wohnungssuche LG Schmoxxy I urge every reader of this review to consider the following when deciding to enter into a contract with this AGM. Numerous other reviews also confirm my statement. In my rented apartment there was water ingress then mold, we had no lockable entrance gate in the house (and that in a metropolis), even a fire that was caused by the carelessness of the tenants and the HV was denied. The whole thing lasted over a year and I hardly ever reached the AGM. In my opinion, repairs by non-specialist and possibly even undeclared workers were unsuccessful. I am very glad that I was only able to get out of this lease with psychological damage and no physical problems due to flue gas or shimmer spore poisoning. It is not over, however, a trial is still pending. Finally, I would like to add that freedom of expression prevails in Austria. The above is not just my opinion but the fact, written, visual and intellectual in the 6 eyes principle. Good luck looking for a LG Schmoxxy apartment

Es wird nicht gereinigt.Kein Rückruf wenn man sie anruft. Keiner fühlt verantwortlich. Mieter sind ihnen egal. Schlimmer geht es nicht. Worst property management. Serious damage (mold etc.) will not be repaired. Dirt, stench in the house. It won't be cleaned, no call back if you call them. Nobody feels responsible. They don't care about tenants. It couldn't be worse.

Eines Tages nach der Arbeit kam ich nach Hause und fand ein Balkon(gerüst) vor meinem Fenster. Da kann man nur den Kopf schütteln.. (Balkontür haben wir aber keine bekommen) The property management did not consider it appropriate to inform us that we would get a balcony. One day after work I came home and found a balcony (scaffolding) in front of my window. You can only shake your head ... (We didn't get a balcony door)
