Das klappte noch reibungslos. Geld wurde jedoch nicht zurück überwiesen. Jegliche Kontaktaufnahme ohne Rückmeldung. Erst nach einem Schreiben meiner Rechtschutzversicherung wurde das Geld retourniert. Unfortunately, this company is not recommended. I received the ordered goods quickly. Unfortunately, it did not match the product description and went back. That worked out smoothly. However, money was not transferred back. Any contact without feedback. The money was only returned after a letter from my legal expenses insurance.

Die 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es dafür, dass die Homepage diverse wichtige Informationen vermissen lässt. Widerrufsrecht zum Beispiel. Oder Versandkosten, AGBs, Datenschutzhinweise, alles ist unter "Informationen" verlinkt, aber fehlt (Stand 17/09/2020)! Schade. Werde aber wahrscheinlich trotzdem wieder dort bestellen. I was very skeptical because of the many bad reviews. The ordered goods came very quickly and without any problems. So everything is great. The 2 star deduction is there for the fact that the homepage misses various important information. Right of withdrawal, for example. Or shipping costs, terms and conditions, data protection information, everything is linked under "Information", but is missing (as of 17/09/2020)! Too bad. But will probably order there again anyway.
