★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr negative Erfahrungen, zuerst lange Wartezeit im Geschäft, dann sehr hohe preise zur Konkurrenz in der unmittelbaren nähe.lange Lieferzeiten. Die Werkstatt am besten komplett meiden, hatten nichtmal ein spur Datenblatt eines 20 jahre alten mercedes,hinten wurde mir ein Reifen gegen die Fahrtrichtung montiert (inside, out) fraglich ob da überhaupt ein kfz Meister anwesenden ist.
 Unfortunately, very negative experiences, first long waiting times in the shop, then very high prices to the competition in the immediate vicinity, long delivery times. Best to avoid the workshop completely, didn't even have a trace of the data sheet of a 20-year-old mercedes, a tire was mounted against the direction of travel at the back (inside, out), questionable whether a motor vehicle master is even present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Werkstatt ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich hatte mir die Spur einstellen lassen da ich neue Reifen bekommen hatte und prompt fährt sich der Reifen vorne links und rechts wieder ab. Ein andere Werkstatt hinzu gezogen die meinten nur das bei der Spur nicht wirklich viel was geändert wurde. Für was zahle ich wenn da Lehrling keine Ahnung hat was er tut. Nie wieder diese Werkstatt.
The workshop is an absolute cheek. I had the track adjusted because I got new tires and the front left and right tires quickly come off again. Another workshop called in, they just said that not much was changed on the track. What do I pay for when the apprentice has no idea what he is doing. Never again that workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einmal und nie wieder zum Reifen wechseln bei Firma Grill!!!
Nachtrag: Nun steht mein Auto in einer anderen Werkstatt und es wurde festgestellt das bei den Reifen absichtlich die Distanzringe fehlen und daher locker sitzen. Grund - Manipulation nach meiner Beschwerde durch lange Wartezeiten trotz Termin und leere Box und freier Mitarbeiter!!!
Warnung an alle Autofahrer die beim Grill Reifen wechseln. Sollte es bei erhöhter Geschwindigkeit vibrieren sofort eine andere Werkstatt aufsuchen und Ursache beheben lassen!!
Change to tires once and never again at the Grill company!
Addendum: Now my car is in a different workshop and it was determined that the spacer rings on the tires are intentionally missing and therefore sit loosely. Reason - manipulation after my complaint through long waiting times despite appointment and empty box and freelancer!
Warning to all drivers who change tires when barbecuing. If it vibrates at increased speed, go to another workshop immediately and have the cause rectified!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reifen umstecken hat reibungslos funktioniert. Reifen Monteur war sehr freundlich, gerne wieder :)
Repositioning tires worked without a hitch. Tire fitter was very friendly, gladly again :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen... Egl ob Maskenbefreiung oder nicht Kunden werden nicht bedient und bei minus graden im kalten stehen gelassen.. Kauft bei anderen ist es nicht wert.. Gibt andere die mein Geld wollen. MFG
Not recommended... Whether mask exemption or not, customers are not served and left in the cold at minus degrees.. Buying from others is not worth it.. There are others who want my money. Kind regards

Aber hatte wirklich einmal ein Problem mit Verlust v Kühlflüssigkeit wohlgemerkt ohne Termin.
Ich habe gefragt ob es sich bitte ein Mechaniker kurz anschauen könnte.
Mir wurde gesagt ich soll bitte warten.
Nach 2 Stunden fragte ich wie es jetzt aussieht da wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich einen Termin dafür benötige ???
Es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt aber das geht gar nicht.
Ich kenne Stammkunden die kommen hin ohne Termin und sofort schaut jemand ob er helfen kann!!
Finde ich nicht gut das Verhalten was sie mittlerweile haben.
War mal eine sehr gute Werkstatt.
I always liked being a customer there.
But really once had a problem with loss of coolant without an appointment, mind you.
I asked if a mechanic could take a look at it.
I was told to wait please.
After 2 hours I asked what it looks like now because I was told that I needed an appointment for it ???
It was apologized but it doesn't work at all.
I know regular customers who come without an appointment and someone will immediately see if he can help!
I do not find the behavior good what they have now.
It used to be a very good workshop.
