F	Florian Schimpl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben einen Treppen-Außenlift von dieser Firma montieren lassen, leider gab es da aber sehr oft Fehlfunktionen und diese wurden vom Firmeninhaber großteils per Ferndiagnose (vermutlich Stromzuleitung defekt/wahrscheinlich steht der Lift nicht in der Station - was belegbar nie der Fall war) auf Kunden abgewälzt. Auch das jährliche Service der Firma (EUR 350,- für gestoppte 15 Minuten Arbeit!) führte zu keiner verlässlichen Nutzung des Liftes. Nach wenigen Jahren Akkutausch (Kosten ~EUR 1.000) und wenige Monate darauf erneuter Stillstand des Lifts. Inhaber weigerte sich daraufhin eine erneute Reparatur zu machen, deshalb wurde der Lifthersteller Ascendor mit der Reparatur beauftragt. Die fanden dann den Fehlerursache (defektes Netzgerät).
