Quatschen dir nicht das teuerste Zeug auf, sondern das was du benötigst. Very competent installers. Also keep your nerve if you constantly decide on a different shower tray. Don't talk about the most expensive stuff, but rather what you need.

Mein Mann hat das bereits in einer Bewertung kommentiert, aber da mich das selbst zu tiefst ärgert (auch wenn ich das während am Ende meiner Schwangerschaft nur passiv mitverfolgt habe) möchte ich das nochmals mit einer eigenen Bewertung kundtun. Wir haben leider mit Gugerell & Idrizi keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein offensichtlicher Fehler bei unserem Heizungssystem wurde trotz zwei Terminen nicht erkannt (erst beim dritten Termin, bei dem ein Mitarbeiter von KNV gekommen ist). Die Heizung funktionierte über Weihnachten nicht ordnungsgemäß und das, obwohl ich hochschwanger war. Wir hatten eine andere Erwartungshaltung an einen KNV Kompetenzpartner. Schließlich mussten wir mit Strom heizen, was unsere Heizkosten stark in die Höhe trieb. Bei einer jungen Familie bei der aufgrund des Nachwuchses jeder Cent umgedreht wird, war das ein tolles Weihnachtsgeschenk. Wir fühlten uns schwer in Stich gelassen. Dass dann auf unsere Mails nicht mehr reagiert wurde, um eine Lösung zu finden, damit wir nicht für den unnötigen Service zahlen zu müssen und letztendlich auch noch mit gerichtlichen Schritten gedroht wurde, wenn nicht gezahlt wird, ist an Frechheit nicht zu übertreffen. Unfortunately I can not understand the good reviews. My husband has already commented on this in a review, but since it annoys me too deeply (even if I only watched it passively at the end of my pregnancy), I would like to announce this again with my own review. Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Gugerell & Idrizi. An obvious error in our heating system was not recognized despite two appointments (only on the third appointment, at which a KNV employee came). The heating didn't work properly over Christmas, even though I was very pregnant. We had different expectations of a KNV competence partner. After all, we had to heat with electricity, which increased our heating costs significantly. It was a great Christmas present for a young family where every cent is turned over due to the offspring. We felt heavily let down. The fact that our mail was then no longer responded to to find a solution so that we did not have to pay for the unnecessary service and in the end was also threatened with legal action if payment was not made is impeccable.

Ein bisschen verrarsrschung für Kunden! Wenn ich ein Firma suche ,dann will ich nicht von Mittarbeiten wissen wie Mitarbeiter bewertet! Sondern von Kunden! Antwort für meine Sterne Bewertung sagt schon alles ! Charakter von Firma !! Kein Kritik vertragt ! Übrigens bis heute habe ich von euch kein Abrechnung bekommen! My rating is due to the fact that several employees have given five star ratings. Personally, I think it's misleading! A bit of a mess for customers! When I'm looking for a company, I don't want to know how employees rate their employees! But from customers! Answer for my star rating says it all! Character from company !! No criticism tolerated! By the way, until today I have not received a statement from you!
B	Balázs Bozsó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben Gugurell & Idrizi als Kompetenzpartner von KNV zur Wartung unserer KNV Luftwärmepumpe beauftragt. Zwar war der Fachmann nett und verlässlich, konnte aber das Hauptproblem, nämlich dass das Herzstück des Geräts, der Kompressor kaputt ist, selbst nach zwei Besuchen nicht feststellen. Noch dazu wurde ein Ersatzteil eingebaut, der nicht notwendig gewesen wäre, wenn der defekte Kompressor gleich entdeckt worden wäre. In Rechnung wurde natürlich die (absolut unzufriedenstellende) Wartung und der unnötige Tausch des Ersatzteils gestellt. Gugurell & Idrizi hat den Fehler nicht eingestanden, die Mailkommunikation mit uns eingestellt und postalisch mit rechtlichen Schritten gedroht, sollte nicht gezahlt werden. Fehler können natürlich jedem passieren, aber wie von Gugurell & Idrizi damit umgegangen wurde (nämlich mit Ignoranz) ist absolut nicht in Ordnung. Über all diesen Ärgernissen hinaus musste ich drei Urlaubstage (zwei Mal für Gugurell, ein Mal für KNV direkt) konsumieren und selbst das hat nicht gereicht, um das Problem zu lösen. We have commissioned Gugurell & Idrizi as a KNV competence partner to maintain our KNV air source heat pump. The professional was nice and reliable, but was unable to determine the main problem, namely that the heart of the device, the compressor, was broken even after two visits. In addition, a spare part was installed that would not have been necessary if the defective compressor had been discovered immediately. Of course, the (absolutely unsatisfactory) maintenance and the unnecessary replacement of the spare part were charged. Gugurell & Idrizi did not admit the mistake, ceased to communicate with us and threatened legal steps by post should it not be paid. Mistakes can of course happen to everyone, but how Gugurell & Idrizi dealt with them (namely with ignorance) is absolutely wrong. In addition to all these annoyances, I had to consume three vacation days (twice for Gugurell, once for KNV directly) and even that was not enough to solve the problem.
O	Onur Akyol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden von Herrn Gugerell bezüglich Heizung Neubau damals gut beraten und sind auch jetzt mit seinem Service sehr zufrieden! Er ist immer ein guter Ansprechpartner, und kann alles auch für Laien verständlich erklären, also nicht nur das Fachgeschwafel, sondern man weiß wirklich was man bekommt und warum wieso weshalb. Wir mussten die Heizung im Rahmen eines Service von KNV kurzfristig durchspülen lassen und er war sofort zu Stelle. Er war immer zuverlässig und pünktlich! We were well advised by Mr. Gugerell regarding heating new building at that time and are now very satisfied with his service! He is always a good contact person, and can explain everything to laymen also understandable, so not only the specialist vesting, but you really know what you get and why why why. We had to rinse the heating in the context of a service of KNV short-term and he was immediately in place. He was always reliable and punctual!
