★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine bessere Hälfte hat uns zum Geburtsvorbereitungskurs für Paare angemeldet, da war ich als Mann erstmals ein wenig skeptisch. Rückblickend muss ich sagen, gut, sind wir gegangen. In den fünf Abenden werden verschiedene Themenblöcke durchgemacht, vom Geburtsprozess hin zu praktischen Übungen für den Alltag mit Baby. Wir fühlten uns wirklich gut vorbereitet für die Geburt konnten einiges davon in die Praxis umsetzen. Auch für die Nachbetreuung haben wir uns für Gsund in Ems entschieden und waren wirklich froh um die Besuche und vielen Tipps. Wir können Gsund in Ems allen werdenden Mamas und Papas nur wärmstens empfehlen.
 My better half signed us up for the birth preparation course for couples, and for the first time as a man I was a little skeptical. Looking back, I have to say, well, we left. In the five evenings, various thematic blocks are worked through, from the birth process to practical exercises for everyday life with a baby. We felt really well prepared for the birth and were able to put some of it into practice. We also decided on Gsund in Ems for aftercare and were really happy about the visits and many tips. We can only warmly recommend Gsund in Ems to all expectant mums and dads.
