Das schlimmste was es überhaupt gibt ist GSS. Ich hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Anbieter. Ich konnte sehr selten einen Film gescheit schauen ohne das es stecken bleibt, beim zurückapulen kannst es überhaupt vergessen. Fernsehr normal schauen geht auch sehr selten weil alles non stop hängen bleibt. Also wirklich eine Bodenlose frechheit, sowas würde ich nie weiter empfehlen.
The worst thing there is GSS. I have never had such a bad provider. I've rarely been able to watch a movie without it getting stuck, while back-pumping can forget it at all. Watching television normally is also very rare because everything gets stuck non-stop. So really a bottomless insolence, something I would never recommend.

Manchmal muß man längere Wartezeit Inanspruchnehmen es sind viele Kunden die einfach nicht wissen wie sie sich entscheiden sollen, und dann werden sie beraten. Die Mitarbeiter sind manchmal überfordert und dann kommen die Fehler wie bei mir, ich hatte mein Vertrag am Samstag verlängert gehabt und bis Sonntag Zeit gehabt. So am Sonntag haben sie mich genau um 00:01 in der Früh ausgeschaltet gehabt obwohl ich direkt eingezahlt hatte. Ich konnte denn ganzen Sonntag kein TV schauen (F1 Rennen) sonder nur Youtube weil ich ein smart TV habe zuglück. Am Montag bin ich dann nochmal hingegangen und mein Problem geschildert, er meinte ein kleiner Fehler ist nichts schlimmes hahaha,und ab jetzt ist wieder freigeschaltet worden, nicht einmal ein Entschuldigung oder es tut mir leid nichts. Deshalb nur 3 Sterne.

The staff are sometimes overwhelmed and then the mistakes come as with me, I had extended my contract on Saturday and had until Sunday time. So on Sunday they had me exactly at 00:01 in the morning had turned off even though I had deposited directly. I could not watch TV all Sunday (F1 race) special only Youtube because I have a smart TV luck. On Monday I went back and described my problem, he said a small mistake is not bad hahaha, and from now on has been re-enabled, not even an apology or I'm sorry nothing. Therefore only 3 stars.

Zadovoljan sam uopsteno receno. Uglavnom sve radi mada po nekad ume da zastane kanal ali je stvarno bas retko. Moj rodjak ima drugog jednog providera i u zavisnosti sta gledamo ili smo kod mene ili smo kod njega posto imaju drugacije ponude. Ono sto mi se najvise svidja je podrska jer uvek izadju u susret i rese problem cak i kad je greska sa strane klijenta. Eto. Mozda bi bilo dobro da ubacite jos neki kanal (konkretno Sport Klub) a ostalo je sve ok :)
I am pleased to say the least. He mostly does everything, although sometimes he can stop the channel, but it's really rare. My cousin has another one provider and depending on what we are looking at, we are either with or near him because they have different offers. What I like most is the support, because they always come together and solve the problem even when there is a mistake on the part of the client. There you go. It might be a good idea to insert another channel (Sport Club in particular) and the rest is ok :)

Najgore Sto potoji,komunikacija sa osobljem ispod svakog nivoa,uplatio sam petplatu za 6 meseci putem GSS-Media Web stranice,sve je trajalo oko 5 minuta,nakon uplate morao sam kontaktirati GSS-Media radi aktiviranja racuna na Sta su trazili dodatnu uplatu za aktiviranje racuna,e ovako GO4TV mesecna pretplata kod GSS-Media kosta 12.90€,Za 6 meseci uplatio sam 71.40€ i odbio sam da platim aktivaciju racuna,nakod dva Dana dobio sam E-Mail sa navodno kodovima za aktiviranje racuna,za 71,40€ aktivirali su mi racun u periodu od 13.11.2019 do 25.11.2019 Sto je jako ponizavajuce za bilo koga a narocito za mene koji sam 80% invalid i zivim od minimalca, a jos gore je sto sve to isto kod GO4TV kosta 9€ mesecno i uz pretplatu od 6 meseci daju jos 6 dodatnih meseci gratis. GSS-Media Ja Bih licno ocenio kao prevarante bez organizacije i nepostovanja prema svojim kupcima.
Worst of all, communication with staff below each level, I paid a five-month payment through the GSS-Media Website, everything lasted about 5 minutes, after payment I had to contact GSS-Media to activate my account for what they asked for an additional payment for activation bills, this is how GO4TV monthly subscription with GSS-Media costs 12.90 €, In 6 months I paid 71.40 € and I refused to pay the activation of the account, after two days I received an E-Mail with supposedly codes for activating the account, for 71.40 € they activated my account from 11/13/2019 to 11/25/2019 which is very humbling for anyone and especially for me who is 80% disabled and living off a minimum, what's worse is that the same with GO4TV costs € 9 per month and with a 6-month subscription they give you 6 more months for free. GSS-Media I personally would rate as fraudsters without organization and disrespect for their customers.

Bruka bruka i samo bruka To sto programi ne rade i sto zastaju to je jedno. Ali osoblje skroz neptijatno arogantno i nerazumno. Na mail upite se ne odgovara, na live chatu dobija se standardna poruka “ posaljite mail”. Spustanje slusalice ( tehnicka podrska) Web stranica koje nije aktuelna.Telefonska linija u kojoj cekas i po30 min i dosadi pa prekines, bez informacija , dali zoves u vreme radnog vremena ili ne. Moze se to puno bolje i profesionalnije , ali musterije nisu vazne.Na resenje jednog slucaja cekM vec 20 dana i niko se ne oseca zaduznim, uvek posaljite mail, javit ce se neko itd itd. SKROZ LOSE I NEPROFESIONALNO.
