★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Tochter liebt den Hof und ist jedes Jahr zu einigen Gelegenheiten zu Gast. Sie bezeichnet es als ihr Ausweichzuhause. Sie nimmt auch immer wieder gerne andere Kinder mit und auch diese nehmen jede Gelegenheit wahr den Hof zu besuchen.
Wenn man nicht Hofaffin oder einen guten Draht zu den Tieren, incl den Begleittieren wie den Fliegen, hat, dann kann man dort nicht viel machen. Die Kinder sind auf jeden Fall am liebsten am Hof und beschäftigen sich mit den Katzen, Kaninchen, Hühnern oder Ponys. Die Gastgeber können gut mit den Kindern der Gäste umgehen.
Hinter dem Hof geht es flott aufwärts und man kann über die Hügel ins Ennstal absteigen. Auch zur Steyr geht es gleich eher steil hinunter - d.h. wenn man eben gehen oder radeln will, dann muss man dies entlang eines Flusses machen und den Aufstieg zum Hof wieder mit dem Auto.
My daughter loves the farm and visits it on a few occasions each year. She calls it her alternative home. She always likes to take other children with her and they too take every opportunity to visit the farm.
If you don't have an affinity for farms or a good rapport with animals, including companion animals like flies, then you can't do much there. The children definitely prefer to be on the farm and spend time with the cats, rabbits, chickens or ponies. The hosts are good with the guests' children.
Behind the farm it goes uphill quickly and you can descend over the hills into the Ennstal. It also goes down rather steeply to the Steyr - i.e. if you want to walk or cycle, you have to do this along a river and then return to the farm by car.
