The boss is very competent - great team! Everything went well. I am fully satisfied and can only recommend the dealer, because everything was really GOOD.

Auf Nachfrage wann der Auftrag erledigt wird (Aufwand ca 1,5h), erhielt ich keine konkrete Aussage. Wirkte auf mich schlecht organisiert. Qualität der Arbeit kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. The appointment was not kept although this was agreed 2 weeks in advance. When asked when the job will be done (time around 1.5 hours), I received no specific information. Looked badly organized to me. Unfortunately, I cannot judge the quality of the work.

Das darf in einem kundenorientierten Geschäft nicht vorkommen. Zu einem "Nein, vielen Dank, kein Interesse. MfG" sollte ein Verkaufsmitarbeiter allemal im Stande sein. Initially a very nice quick contact but apparently the seller didn't like my (by no means outrageous) asking price. No more answer. That must not happen in a customer-oriented business. For a "No, thank you very much, no interest. MfG" a sales employee should always be able.

Bekam schnell einen Termin und wurde Kosteneffizient wieder schnell repariert. Vielen Dank nochmal! Very friendly and competent workshop. Had my Yamaha there after an accident. Got an appointment quickly and was quickly repaired cost-effectively. Thanks again!

Die Arbeit wurde sofort erledigt somit konnte ich das Bike wieder mitnehmen!!! Und das obwohl ich das Bike wo anders gekauft habe! Werde ab jetzt hier Stammkunde!!! Danke an den Chef Steffe Günther und seinem Team!!!??? Despite Covid 19, the workshop is open and there I was able to tel. Make an appointment to bring my bike for repair. The work was done immediately so I could take the bike with me again! Even though I bought the bike somewhere else! Become a regular customer from now on! Thanks to the boss Steffe Günther and his team !!! ???
