Immer wieder kann ich mir das Band mit den Öffnungszeiten anhören, doch auch während der angegeben Öffnungszeiten findet es niemand wert, den Hörer abzuheben. Deswegen habe ich mich trotz strömenden Regens auf mein Fahrrad gesetzt (31. 8., 15.45 Uhr) um ihre Ordination persönlich aufzusuchen, stand allerdings vor verschlossener Tür. Auch ein mehrmaliges Betätigen der Glocke half nichts. Auf dem Schild stand noch, es wird um telefonische Voranmeldung gebeten. Bitte verraten Sie mir wie? Again and again I can listen to the tape with the opening times, but no one finds it worth picking up the phone during the stated opening times. That's why I got on my bike despite the pouring rain (August 31, 3:45 p.m.) to visit your ordination personally, but stood in front of a locked door. Even ringing the bell several times did not help. Entschuldigung dass ich Unanehmlichkeiten gemacht ha Unfassbar unfreundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon! I called because of a referral and was told so rudely I would have to wait until the end of March and if I was in pain then I would have to go to the Lkh. Sorry for the inconvenience. Incredibly rude staff on the phone!
