Wir werden mit unseren Kindern da nicht mehr hingehen.
Very unfriendly and not courteous especially the office hours help.
We won't go there with our children anymore.

Mein Sohn (2Jahre) hat seit 2 Tagen einen Magen-Darm Virus. Da es nicht besser wird, wollte ich den Arzt drauf schauen lassen. Die sehr unfreundliche Sprechstundenhilfe, meinte vor 11 Uhr Vormittag brauchen wir nicht kommen (mein Anruf erfolgte um etwa 9 Uhr) und es wird sicher lang zum Warten. Darauf meinte ich, dass ich mich mit einen sich übergebenden Kind doch nicht und den anderen wartenden Kindern und Eltern sitzen sollte, darauf bekam ich zur Antwort "Speiberte werden nicht vorgenommen, nehmens halt an Kübel mit" OHNE WORTE!!!!!

My son (2 years) has had a gastrointestinal virus for two days. Since it doesn't get any better, I wanted the doctor to look at it. The very unfriendly receptionist said that we don't need to come before 11 a.m. (my call came at around 9 a.m.) and it will be a long wait. Then I said that I shouldn't sit with a child who was vomiting and the other waiting children and parents, and I got the answer "No spitting is done, just take buckets with" WITHOUT WORDS !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nette und sehr geduldige Assistentinnen. Die ärtzte sind lieb zu den Kindern bin echt dankbar hier zu sein. Fühlen uns sehr wohl macht weiter so ihr macht einen super Job .

Nice new practice, the doctors are very nice, take their time for each patient, answer all questions, nice interaction with the children

when you call agresif the two ladies speak often ... Doctors no problem but secretarial can forget it .. un polite
