R	Raul S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Grüne Mitte Linz ist echt einen Ausflug in die oberösterreichische Hauptstadt wert! Wie an keinem anderen Ort in Österreich leben hier Personen jeglichen Alters oder Religion zusammen. Man darf sich also nicht wundern, wenn man vom fünften Stock eines Wohnblocks mit einem freundlichen "Shalom" begrüsst wird. Dennoch gibt es hier auch ein Problem welches ich nicht verschweigen möchte. Besonders in den späteren Stunden und zu unchristlichen Zeiten steigt einem schon öfter der Geruch von giftigem Suchtmittel in die Nase. Diese Gratler scheuen sich auch nicht davor von Balkonen zu urinieren oder Fussgänger nach einer "Tschik" und "Endless Papes" zu fragen. Dennoch sollte man nicht alle Bewohner der Grünen Mitte in einen Topf werfen! (Besondere Vorsicht ist vor Männern in kurzen Ananas Print Polos geboten!) So don't be surprised if you are greeted with a friendly "shalom" from the fifth floor of an apartment block. Nevertheless, there is also a problem that I do not want to hide. Especially in the later hours and at unchristian times, the smell of toxic addictive substances rises into your nose. These congratulations are not afraid to urinate from balconies or to ask pedestrians for "Tschik" and "Endless Papes". Nevertheless, you should not lump all residents of the Green Center together! (Take special care with men in short pineapple print polos!)

Der versprochene Park in der Mitte wurde nie gestaltet. Keine Gartengestaltung, zu wenig Bäume, kaum Bänke. Im Sommer, wegen fehlender Parkgestaltung, ist dir innere Grünfläche eine unansehnliche braune Steppe, mit gar nichts. Wohnqualität finde nicht statt, da zu viele Moslems, wodurch viele Österreicher vom Erstbezug schon wieder wegziehen. Live there. Quiet, beautiful apartments with beautiful, green balconies, if you want, but hardly anyone wants it. Not dog friendly. The promised park in the middle was never designed. No landscaping, too few trees, hardly any benches. In summer, due to the lack of park design, your inner green space is an unsightly brown steppe with nothing at all. There is no quality of living because there are too many Muslims, which means that many Austrians are already moving away from their first occupation.

Ist ja leider ein öffentlicher Park Fazit: Würde hier nie mehr wieder eine Wohnung nehmen + Nice apartments, spacious construction, nice area - - - Inconsiderate roommates, constant noise in the courtyard, wasn't always like that. Unfortunately it is a public park Conclusion: would never take an apartment here again

Ausserdem, sind die wenigen Grünflächen verschmutzt und das muss einfach nicht sein. Die Wohnungen sind vom Preis- Leistungsverhältnis toll. Beautiful living space that is subsidized by the city of Linz. It must be mentioned that relatively little has been done for children.
