Am Mittwoch waren wir in Innsbruck und ich freute mich sehr einmal ein Geschäft betreten zu können. Die ganze Zeit habe ich die Maskenpflicht eingehalten. Ich wollte einen Raumduft kaufen und deshalb habe ich kurz die Maske etwas hinuntergezogen, damit ich den Duft wahrnehmen konnte. Sofort wurde ich von der Angestellten zurechtgewiesen, die Maske wieder richtig anzuziehen. Ohne kurz die Düfte zu vergleichen kann man ja nicht wissen, welcher Duft einem entspricht. Dann müsste man sie auch nicht offen hinstellen, sondern nur in der Packung anbieten. Enttäuscht habe ich das Geschäft verlassen. I and my family have been an online customer of Grüne Erde for many years. On Wednesday we were in Innsbruck and I was very happy to be able to go into a shop. The whole time I kept the mask requirement. I wanted to buy a room fragrance, so I pulled the mask down a little bit so that I could perceive the scent. I was immediately reprimanded by the clerk to put the mask back on properly. Without briefly comparing the fragrances, you cannot know which fragrance corresponds to you. Then you wouldn’t have to display them openly, but only offer them in the package. I left the business disappointed.
