★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anscheinend wird man als potentieller Kunde, welcher ein größeres Vorhaben plant, nicht ernst genommen. Ich musste drei Wochen auf einen Besichtigungstermin warten und habe dazu extra Urlaub genommen. 5 Minuten nach Beginn des vereinbarten Termins bekomme ich einen Anruf das der Projektleiter leider zu einen wichtigen Termin muss und ich weitere drei Wochen auf einen neuen Termin warten soll.
Professionalität sieht anders aus.
Apparently you are not taken seriously as a potential customer who is planning a larger project. I had to wait three weeks for an appointment and took extra vacation. 5 minutes after the start of the agreed appointment, I get a call that the project manager unfortunately has to go to an important appointment and that I should wait another three weeks for a new appointment.
Professionalism looks different.
