Good view of the Hohe Wand. In autumn with fog in the valley up there, warm sun probably. Mood very relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns für die Wanderung auf den Grössenberg für den rot markierten Rundwanderweg entschieden. Von Bad Fischau bis in den Raum Kürassier war die Ausschilderung und Wegmarkierung sehr gut. Beim weiteren Anstieg war der Weg durch umgefallene Bäume blockiert und die Markierung fehlte. Mit etwas Glück fanden wir eine Kreuzung mit Ausschilderung und erreichten unser Ziel. Bei Schönwetter hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Der Weg nach Bad Fischau war wieder gut beschildert. Für den Rundweg ist gutes Schuhwerk erforderlich. Gehzeit circa vier Stunden. Ein Einkehrschwung beim Eisensteinhaus zahlt sich aus.
For the hike on the Grössenberg we decided on the red marked circular hiking trail. From Bad Fischau to the Kürassier area, the signs and path markings were very good. On the further ascent, the path was blocked by fallen trees and the markings were missing. With a bit of luck we found a junction with signs and reached our destination. When the weather is nice you have a wonderful view. The way to Bad Fischau was well signposted again. Good footwear is required for the circular route. Walking time about four hours. A stop at the Eisensteinhaus pays off.

Pleasant hike at 600m. From the summit cross you have a beautiful view of the Hohe Wand and the Schneeberg.
