★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn dort ein Fest ist, nichts wie hin. Auch eine lange Anfahrt ist da OK. Sehr chillig, kulinarisch viel zu entdecken und zu schmecken. Der Chef ist bodenständig, ein netter Kerl, das gefällt. Die Lage, wie im Urlaub, so schön und naturnat.
If there is a feast, there's no way. Also a long journey is OK. Very chilling, culinary much to discover and taste. The boss is down to earth, a nice guy who likes. The location, as on vacation, so beautiful and naturnat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren bei einer Verkostung und durften sogar nach Schluss noch die Manufaktur besichtigen, bekamen eine spannende Führung vom Gründer persönlich. Nicht zuletzt: die Pestos sind alle sehr gut & bio, regional, saisonal hergestellt!
We were at a tasting and were even allowed to visit the manufactory after the end, and were given an exciting tour by the founder personally. Last but not least: the pestos are all very good & organic, regional, seasonal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weiss nicht was sie mit dem Basilikum Pesto gemacht haben aber die letzten Monate ist es voller harten Stängel und Fäden. Vor paar Jahren waren alle Sorten beste Qualität. Die Qualität hat massivst nachgelassen. Allein schon wenn ich die Konsistenz vom Steinpilz Pesto ansehe. Geschmack ist viel langweiliger aber noch ok. Basilikum geht hingegen gar nicht. Glückwunsch an alle die die Produkte erst jetzt kennen lernen, die sind vermutlich begeistert. Wer von Anbeginn an die Produkte kauft ist nur mehr enttäuscht.
Don't know what you made with the basil pesto but for the last few months it has been full of hard stems and threads. A few years ago, all varieties were of the highest quality. The quality has decreased massively. Even if I look at the consistency of the porcini mushroom pesto. Taste is much more boring but still ok. Basil, on the other hand, does not work at all. Congratulations to everyone who is just getting to know the products, they are probably thrilled. Anyone who buys the products from the start is only disappointed.
