★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not foreign friendly. Waitress called Anna, accused me and my spouse of stealing when we changed our table within the bar area. We ordered only 2 drinks and she demanded us pay immediately and charged us too much. She had very toxic tone of voice. I'm on legal profession and my spouse is a doctor so this is first time we are accused of crime in our life. I wasnt expecting this happening, especially in Austrian Ski Resort. Absolutely shameful. We tried to talk to the waitress again but she refused to do so.

Everything is perfect, the room is clean and comfortable, welness is amazing, food is delicious and the staff is friendly. This is the way how to offer first class service to the tourists. We had a very great time and we will surely return back next year!
