â â â â â Franz hat uns als Grill- und Zeremonienmeister durch einen wunderbaren kulinarischen Abend der Grillerei gefĂŒhrt. Von einer am Griller gemachten Pizza, ĂŒber BierhĂŒhner, Steak und Schopf bis hin zum Scheiterhaufen durften wir ihn tatkrĂ€ftig unterstĂŒtzen und nach Lust und Laune nach seinem Expertenwissen befragen. Den Basic-Grillkurs kann ich somit wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Kleiner Tipp: Nehmt viel Hunger mit, Essen gibts ausreichend :-) Vielen vielen Dank an Franz und sein Team fĂŒr den gelungenen Abend!
 As the master of grills and ceremonies, Franz led us through a wonderful culinary evening of grilling. From a pizza made on the grill, to beer chickens, steak and crested to the pyre, we were allowed to actively support him and ask about his expert knowledge as the mood took us. I can therefore warmly recommend the basic grill course. A little tip: take a lot of hunger with you, there is enough food :-) Many, many thanks to Franz and his team for the successful evening!
