★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Grex for over 6 months and only just realized I haven't posted a review yet. And that should be a crime, considering how good and thoughtful the coaches are. If you want a team that you can TRUST with your body and your mind, this is the place. Many other gyms unfortunately succumb to the idea of "we must be cheap", and they sacrifice the quality of their service. Grex Gym is the opposite: They are thoughtful and every decision has its meaning. They will take care of you and your goals, with the same level of attention and care they put into everything else. And it shows in the results you get.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled with our coaches team from the Netherlands to learn from Gregor and his coaching team. We stayed with him for 5 days and we wish we could stay forever. So much to learn from these guys... If you want to get strong, feel really good and have an awesome time as well, then you should definitely train here. This is also the place to go for people that don't have anywhere to go and are in pain...They are part of a few gyms that really understand the way your body should move and are able to help you move better!
No reason to look anywhere else! This is the place to go!
