Together with my wife we spent a very nice week in the Lipizzanerheimat and also visited the jewelery shop GRESSL, because we liked the beautiful decorated windows of the shop so much during the evening walk! Die Dame, die mich bediente, nahm sich viel Zeit, vor allem da es schon sehr spät war und das Geschäft bereits geschlossen hätte. Findet man selten, dass auch nach 18 Uhr so bemüht und zuvorkommend beraten wird. Die beiden Geschenke (Kette für meine Tochter und Uhr für meinen Cousin) kamen super an. Schön, noch so ein tolles Geschäft im Bezirk zu haben! Very courteous and above all very detailed advice! The lady who served me took a lot of time, especially since it was very late and the shop had already closed. It is seldom found that advice is given so eagerly and courteously even after 6 p.m. The two gifts (a necklace for my daughter and a watch for my cousin) were very well received.
