Es gab ständig Probleme (unzählige Aufpreise trotz Pauschale, angelernte Arbeiter, die mangelhaft beaufsichtigt werden, bei Fehlern gibt es unzählige Ausreden anstatt Lösungen). Am Ende hat man uns den Keller überschwemmt (statt an Kanal an Hebepumpe den Abfluss angeschlossen). Keine Übernahme des Schadens, keine Meldung bei der Versicherung). Herr Gratzer ist als Partner für Bauvorhaben nicht zu empfehlen!!! We paid this construction company hundreds of thousands of euros. In the end, our basement was flooded (instead of being connected to a sewer to a lifting pump). No acceptance of the damage, no notification to the insurance company). Mr. Gratzer is not recommended as a partner for building projects!
