Als ich den Mitarbeiter am Telefon nach einem Whisky gefragt hatte der anscheinend nicht verfügbar war (was er mir nicht mitteilte) wurde ich ausgelacht. Liebes Grand Cru, vielleicht habt ihr ein tolles Sortiment, aber das Verhalten eurer Mitarbeiter ist mies und unter jedem Niveau.
Certainly one of the worst customer conversations of my life. When I asked the employee on the phone for a whiskey that apparently wasn't available (which he didn't tell me) I was laughed at. Dear Grand Cru, maybe you have a great range, but the behavior of your employees is lousy and below any level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a rather gorgeous selection of artisan liquor (gin, whiskey, schnapps, etc), some interesting local craft beers, and other exquisite bites&sips. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Not a store for anyone on a budget, though (with the exception of the craft beer - well worth a small splurge - and maybe the chocolate).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to buy unique gin, whiskey and a few other high quality liquors. I was impressed by the knowledgeable staff. There wasn't a single question she couldn't answer about their gin selection. They also have an interesting selection of tea, spices and other gourmet items. Great for personal consumption or for unique gifts. I love their chocolate pralines!
