★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fun evening at Gozzo. For starters, we received a round of beers/ prosecco on the house - Fun! ? Then I finally tried escargot straight from the shell and we enjoyed shots with the restaurant manager. That‘s the kind of experience I like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is great. Its a historic building with a nice terrace overlooking the rooftops of Krems. Vegan option on the menu are the super tasty falafel. I love to grab them in my lunch break! The quality of food and service is high, accordingly the prices. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, scenery excellent but sadly service overall was a total let down. If you don't speak German and do not have a reservation, I would highly suggest you to find another restaurant.
These two things were the only things that we could think of why the waiter treated us like we were an unnecessary burden to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food itself is good, but service is bad. I had to wait for my soup for 35 minutes. Meantime dirty plates after appetizers and salad were on the table all the time. And waiter was avoiding me even tho he looked at me 4 times.

Price is at high end but they offer a variety of options which covers different parts of the world.
Update summer 2020.
I was here again and I must say the customer service is very friendly and very welcoming. Food was at the pricey end but boy it tasted good. Would highly recommend the place.

Had to visit here again. Really good service and delicious rib eye steak!
