Ich hätte nie gedacht dass das so lecker ist, man hat ja immer Angus oder so im Kopf.
Das Fleisch wurde mir bei Weinbauer empfohlen. Stammt aus Walchsee und wurde in Söll verarbeitet.
Meine Familie hat einstimmig mitgeteilt das es sich bei den Steaks um die besten handeld die ich je kredenzt habe. Ich bin kein Grillmeister, aber das hat gepasst.
Liebes Team Weinbauer, danke für die tolle Beratung. Und den Tip doch mal was aus heimischer Produktion zu versuchen, das war ein Treffer.

This year we prepared our "Christmas roast" with beef from the region on the grill. Sensational!!!
I never thought that it would be so delicious, you always have Angus or something on your mind.
The meat was recommended to me by Weinbauer. Comes from Walchsee and was processed in Söll.
My family has unanimously announced that the steaks are the best I have ever served. I'm not a grill master, but that worked.
Dear Weinbauer team, thank you for the great advice. And the tip to try something from domestic production, that was a hit.
