Frau DDr. Birgit Gorton ist überaus hilfsbereit, fast immer erreichbar, ruft verlässlich zurück und ist in der Sache überaus kompetent und „straightforward“. Es zählen Fakten und Tatsachen, und auch als nicht juristisch Geschulter vermittelte sie die Materie in einer mir verständlichen Sprache. Auch das BackOffice arbeitet professional.
