Aufgrund der Entscheidung vom 12.03. der Sperre aller Salzburger Beherbergungsbetriebe wegen der Coronakrise ab 16.03.2020 bat ich um eine kostenfreie Stornierung, wie gesetzlich vorgesehen. Der Bitte ist man nicht nachgekommen, es würde ja nur die Anzahlung einbehalten und der Rest würde ja nicht mehr abgebucht. 63,00 EUR für nichts. Vielleicht hilft diese Meinung ja anderen. Es gibt ja viele andere faire Vermieter vor Ort.
We had booked an apartment through Booking.com from April 3rd to April 6th, 2020. Due to the decision of 12.03. the blocking of all Salzburg accommodation companies due to the corona crisis from 16.03.2020, I asked for a free cancellation, as provided by law. The request was not complied with, it would only keep the down payment and the rest would no longer be debited. 63.00 EUR for nothing. Maybe this opinion helps others. There are many other fair landlords on site.
