Mir wurden alle Fragen genau und auch verständlich beantwortet, unteranderem ist der Service auch noch schnell. Es können meiner Meinung noch längere/öftere Öffnungszeiten haben (z.B. Mi-Fr: 12-18 und Sa: 9-12 Uhr). Nice, simple office space, moreover, the staff are very friendly and competent! I was answered all questions exactly and understandable, among other things, the service is also fast. In my opinion, there may be longer / more frequent opening hours (for example Wed-Fri: 12-18 and Sat: 9-12 am).

T	Technische Zeichnungen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musste aufgrund nicht vorhandener Ware (Silberunzen) von Philoro auf die Goldvorsorge ausweichen. Sehr unfreundlicher Herr der einem "vorgeben" will wie viel man kaufen soll da man ja anlegt. Das sitzen im offenen Raum ist auch als eher unangenehm zu bewerten (ich möchte nicht, dass jemand weiß ob ich für 500 oder 5000 etwaige Edelmetalle kaufe). Fazit: Ich bleibe philoro Kunde und warte in Zukunft lieber :) Had to switch to gold provision due to the absence of Philoro goods (silver ounces). Very rude gentleman who wants to "tell you" how much to buy because you are investing. Sitting in the open space is also rather uncomfortable (I don't want anyone to know whether I am buying 500 or 5000 precious metals). Conclusion: I will remain a philoro customer and would rather wait in the future :)

Der Preis, den ich im Kopf hatte wurde sogar leicht übertroffen. Alles bestens First of all: optically I definitely do not fit into the clientele that you usually meet here, but was still welcomed in a friendly manner and my sales request was handled quickly and easily. The price that I had in mind was even slightly exceeded. Everything great
