Nach langen Diskussionen und der ständigen Nachfrage meinerseits, ist die Uhr plötzlich nach eineinhalb Jahren wieder aufgetaucht und sie war kaput...wohlgemerkt : ich habe eine intakte Uhr abgegeben zum Batteriewechsel. Eigentlich hätte die Uhr zwei Jahre Garantie. Ich bin auf den Kosten für die Reparatur sitzen geblieben und bekam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung!
Das nennt man Kundenservice!!
Have misplaced my watch and said I have already picked it up. After long discussions and constant inquiries on my part, the watch suddenly reappeared after a year and a half and it was broken ... mind you: I handed in an intact watch to change the battery. The watch actually has a two-year guarantee. I got stuck with the cost of the repairs and didn't even get an apology!
This is called customer service !!
