★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Geschäft mit nachhaltigen, fairen Produkten. Kinderkleidung bis etwa 4 Jahre, Spielzeug, ... Bin sofort fündig geworden und hab ein süßes Geschenk gefunden. :-)
Great business with sustainable, fair products. Children's clothing up to around 4 years of age, toys, ... I immediately found what I was looking for and found a sweet present. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde ein teures Wollwalk-Produkt als besonders robust verkauft, es haben sich nach gerade einmal vier Wochen (sorgsamer) Benutzung schon Fäden an den Nähten gelöst und einige Maschen der gestrickten Einfassung des Zipps gelockert und damit ausgedehnt. Nachdem ich den Anzug persönlich vorbeibringen und 2 Tage dort lassen musste, wurde mir ausgerichtet, dass keinerlei Mängel festzustellen seien und man mir nicht weiterhelfen könne. Kein Einschicken, Reparatur oder Reklamation möglich. Nicht einmal ein Angebot dazu. Kundenservice gleich null, im Gegenteil, man wird schlichtweg nicht ernstgenommen. (Vor allem menschlich) sehr enttäuschend!!
An expensive woolen walk product was sold to me as particularly robust. After just four weeks of (careful) use, threads on the seams loosened and loosened a few stitches from the knitted edging of the zip, thereby expanding it. After personally bringing the suit over and leaving it there for 2 days, I was told that there were no defects and that I couldn't be helped. No return, repair or complaint possible. Not even an offer. Customer service is zero, on the contrary, you simply are not taken seriously. (Especially human) very disappointing !!
