Ein Service, wie ich ihn so nicht kenne. Weiter so! In my last apartment, the caretaker was only available on Wednesdays. Absolutely great that you can be reached all week. A service that I haven't seen before. Keep it up!

Visits, handover and property management went without any problems. My concerns are always processed. So far, I have only had good experiences.

Der Besichtigungstermin mit Frau Faustmann lief reibungslos und unproblematisch ab, ebenso wie die Wohnungsübergabe. Fragen werden kompetent und freundlich beantwortet. Diese Hausverwaltung ist top und trägt zurecht den Namen „Premium“. Wenn ich ein Problem habe, kann ich entweder telefonisch oder per Mail mein Anliegen schildern und es wird prompt reagiert. Ich bin hier gerne Mieter und fühle mich gut aufgehoben und betreut! I am very satisfied with the Golden Service property management. The staff are very nice and have taken a lot of time to find the right apartment for me. The viewing appointment with Ms. Faustmann went smoothly and without any problems, as did the handover of the apartment. Questions are answered competently and in a friendly manner. This property management is top and rightly bears the name "Premium". If I have a problem, I can either state my concern by phone or email and they will respond promptly. I like to be a tenant here and feel that I am in good hands and looked after!
