Die sehr liebe Beraterin Zara nahm mir das Gefühl, indem sie mir alles genau erklärte und einfach nur superlieb zu mir war. Jederzeit würde ich wieder kommen, denn genau solche Menschen geben einem das Gefühl doch das Richtige getan zu haben. Top Beratung, Sehr liebe und freundliche Mitarbeiterin und ein wunderschönes Geschäft. The very nice adviser Zara took away my feeling by explaining everything to me in detail and just being super nice to me. I would come back at any time, because people like that give you the feeling that you have done the right thing. Top advice, very nice and friendly employee and a wonderful shop.

Der Betrag am Ende konnte bar ausgezahlt oder überwiesen werden, ich wählte Überweisung aufs Konto und mir wurde fairerweise gesagt, dass dies 2 Werktage dauern kann. Ich war damit einverstanden und musste am nächsten Tag feststellen, dass das Geld bereits da unerwarterweise auf meinem Konto war :-) Von meiner Seite aus volle 5 Sterne und jederzeit gerne wieder. Yesterday I sold gold in the Vienna 22 branch and was simply thrilled. The lady who handled everything was competent and very friendly. The amount at the end could be paid out in cash or transferred, I chose transfer to account and was told, to be fair, that this can take 2 working days. I agreed and had to realize the next day that the money was unexpectedly in my account :-) Full 5 stars from my side and I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Erst musste ich kurz vor der Eingangstüre warten, bin aber bald dran gekommen. Eine junge attraktive Dame hat freundlich und kompetent - mehr als eine Stunde - all meine "Mitbringsel" bewertet und heute - nur einen Tag später - war ein stattlicher Betrag bereits auf meinem Konto. Ich kann Gold&Co uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Mein Gefühl ist dass dort sehr professionell und fair gearbeitet wird. Yesterday I was at Gold&Co in the 9th district - with a lot of jewelery from my mother-in-law. First I had to wait just outside the front door, but it was soon my turn. A young, attractive lady rated all my "souvenirs" in a friendly and competent manner - for more than an hour - and today - just one day later - a handsome amount was already in my account. I can unreservedly recommend Gold&Co. I have the feeling that the work there is very professional and fair.

Mir wurde bezüglich jeder Münze alles erklärt. Ebenso erhielt ich Tipps wie ich mit den anderen Münzen weiter vorgehen soll. Die Kundinnen die draußen warteten wurden höflich gebeten sich noch zu gedulden. Trotzdem wurde für mich Zeit genommen und ich fühlte mich sehr professionell betreut. Nochmals herzlichen Dank. Ich kann Gold & Co. nur weiterempfehlen. At the beginning I was looked after very friendly over the phone. When I arrived in the 22nd district, I was looked after by a very competent and friendly employee. Everything was explained to me regarding each coin. I also received tips on how to proceed with the other coins. The customers waiting outside were politely asked to be patient. Nevertheless, time was taken for me and I felt very professionally looked after. Again thank you very much. I can only recommend Gold & Co.

Now after checking on their website i saw that maple would have cost 1,20 euro less per oz and would be able to be sold 55 cents higher per oz. Not coming again. Edit: it states on the website that they are available but not sure of they really have it
