★ ★ ★ ★ ★ guter Bauträger, hat bei uns alles bestens gemacht. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Nur 4 Sterne, da man für Sonderwünsche bei der Elektroinstallation zwei drei tausend € zusätzlich einplanen muss da dieser Bauträger die Mindestausstattung laut Önorm nicht im Angebot enthalten hat.
good developer, has done everything well with us. I can only recommend. Only 4 stars, because you have to plan in additional two or three thousand euros for special requests for the electrical installation because this property developer did not include the minimum equipment according to Önorm in the offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Goidinger hat mein Einfamilienhaus inkl. Außenanlagen erstellt. Bei der Ausschreibung war Goidinger unter den renommierten Firmen die günstigste. Es hat alles super geklappt, Termine und Kostenplanung wurden eingehalten. Das Projekt war recht komplex (viel Sichtbeton, teilweise Innendämmung,...). Super freundlich, fleißig und kompetent waren ausschließlich alle Arbeiter. Mich hat vor allem gefreut, dass auch auf Details wie eine schöne Auswahl und Anordnung der Steine bei der Steinschlichtung oder die Lage der Schalungslöcher bei Sichtbetonwänden Wert gelegt wurde. Top!
The Goidinger company created my family home including outdoor facilities. When it came to tendering, Goidinger was the cheapest among the renowned companies. Everything went smoothly, deadlines and cost planning were met. The project was quite complex (lots of exposed concrete, some interior insulation, ...). Only all workers were super friendly, hardworking and competent. I was particularly pleased that details such as a beautiful selection and arrangement of the stones in stone finishing or the position of the formwork holes in exposed concrete walls were also valued. Top!
