T	Torsten Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, ich lade mit dem ge-e Charger einen eGolf und einen eUp!, bisher habe ich in 12 Monaten 3000 KW/h mit 90% PV-Überschussstrom geladen. Ich nutze für die Steuerung des go-e Charger die openWB Software und ein openWB-EVU-Kit für die Ermittlung der aktuellen Verbrauchsdaten des Hauses. Für mich ist die mögliche Steuerung der go-e Chargers über die API-Schnittstelle genial, die feine mögliche Regulierung der Ladeleistung ist im Zusammenspiel mit einer PV-Anlage perfekt. Auch die Möglichkeit nur mit 1 Phase zu laden bietet die Chance mit 6A und ca. 1200 Watt PV-Strom zu laden. Den go-e Support habe ich schon genutzt und dieser war schnell und sehr kompetent. Lade schon seit knapp 2 Jahren mit einem go-e Charger und hatte jetzt durch einen Leitungsschaden das Problem, dass sich die Wallbox nicht mehr ansprechen ließ. Dank des Supports konnte die Wallbox schnell wieder in Betrieb gehen, danke für die prima Unterstützung und Geduld. Top products and, above all, excellent support. Charging with a go-e charger for almost 2 years and now had the problem due to a line damage that the wallbox could no longer be addressed. Thanks to the support, the wallbox was able to get back up and running quickly, thanks for the great support and patience.

A	Anton001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wallbox funktioniert und tut was sie soll. Da ich keine andere Möglichkeit hatte die Box zu positionieren - musste sie an der Hauswand enden. Natürlich ist es besser - wenn man die Box auf irgendeine Weise schützen kann und hierzu - zubehörmäßig - etwas bestellen kann. Eine Email an den Support ergab, dass man solche Lösungen nicht im Angebot hat - man könnte auch kein Produkt empfehlen !? Bitte was !?? Nicht ganz zu Ende gedacht - finde ich - und nur meine Meinung ! Kann man an einem zusätzlich angebotenen Zubehör nicht auch noch Geld verdienen !?? Ooohhhmmm !!! Rufe hiermit zum Umdenken auf - so ein Zubehör gehört einfach dazu !!!! The wallbox works and does what it should. Since I had no other way to position the box - it had to end on the wall of the house. Of course it's better - if you can protect the box in some way and order something for this - as an accessory. An email to the support revealed that such solutions are not on offer - you could not recommend a product either!? Please what !?? Not thought through to the end - I think - and just my opinion! Isn't it possible to earn money with an additionally offered accessory!? Ooohhhmmm!!! Call for rethinking - such an accessory is simply part of it !!!!
