Paket wurde hin und her geschickt, erst nach einem Telefonat wurde das Paket dann tatsächlich geliefert - jedoch wieder komplett demoliert (wahrscheinlich aufgerissen um nachzusehen was sich im Paket befindet). Dies hatten wir schon einmal und Paketinhalt fehlte.
Absolute Frechheit was hier abgeliefert wird. Ein Fall für den Konsumentenschutz.
 ... once again excellent .. Package was sent back and forth, only after a phone call was the package actually delivered - but again completely demolished (probably torn open to see what was in the package). We had this before and the contents of the package were missing.
Absolute cheek what is delivered here. A case for consumer protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gls has terrible services and people in Slovak company. They do not want to cooperate. I have a pregnant woman with a child at home and they did not want to agree how to deliver things. I do NOT recommend using their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most incompetent delivery company I have ever met. I live in Vienna. Two times the seller used GLS for delivering. The both times literally no one even attempted to call on my phone or to the door bell. Even now It's quarantine. Of course I am at home. I went in the morning like in 9.45 with my dog and already there was an notification in the lobby door, that they were unable to reach me! Unbelievable!! Horrible company, incompetent delivery men and horrible attitude. I wish I could give you a zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By pure accident found a note of a failed delivery attempt on the door of our neighbours three days after the delivery attempt. Only the first name of my wife was written down on the note! So no delivery to our address, no note of a failed attempt. What was I paying for?
