L	Lukas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mehrere Tage nach eigentlichem Erscheinen des Paketes habe ich mich mit GLS auseinandergesetzt und durfte mit einem lachenende und weinenden Auge erfahren, dass das Paket in ihrem Lager verloren gegangen ist. Das lachende Auge: Ein Unternehmen, welches rein für den Transport von Paketen zwischen Punkt A und Punkt B zuständig ist. Und dann wird ein großes 14kg-Paket "irgendwo in unsrem Lager" verloren.... You had one Job!! Das weinende Auge: Aufgrund der Inkompetenz dieses Unternehmens darf ich nun noch weitere Tage (eher Wochen) warten und habe meine Aurüstung nicht zeitgerecht parat um in meinen Meisterschaftsbetrieb zu starten. BITTE! Wenn euch euer Paket + die richtige und fristgerechte Auslieferung wichtig ist: Bestellt über Shops welche andere Lieferservices verwenden. The smiling eye: a company that is solely responsible for the transport of parcels between point A and point B. And then a large 14kg package is lost "somewhere in our warehouse" .... You had one job !! The crying eye: Due to the incompetence of this company, I can now wait a few more days (more like weeks) and don't have my equipment ready in time to start my championship operation. YOU'RE WELCOME! Ist in der Kurve vor meinem Haus stehen geblieben und hatte seinen Müll zum Fenster hinaus geworfen. Not only does he bring packages, he also leaves all his rubbish behind. Es ist schon mal passiert das es geklaut worden ist und zusätzlich fälschen die Lieferanten die Unterschrift von mir obwohl ich es nicht mal geholt habe und dann auch noch falsch geschrieben. Rechtlich dürfen sie das ja nicht mal! Es ist eine Frechheit wie sie mit der Ware umgehen! The package is simply placed where you do not need to be notified beforehand and you can then go looking for it. It has happened before that it was stolen and the suppliers forged my signature even though I didn't even get it and then spelled it wrong. They are legally not even allowed to do that! It is a cheek how they handle the goods!
B	Baris Esen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmöglich 2 von 3 Paketen werden zugestellt und für die 3 Sendung bekommt man so eine Nachricht: "Das Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, da weitere Adressinformationen benötigt werden." einfach unfähiges Personal ... es ist ein Geschäft 8 bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Impossible 2 out of 3 parcels are delivered and for the 3 consignments you get a message like this: "The parcel could not be delivered because further address information is required." simply incompetent staff ... a shop is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Immer die Meldung per Mail "Wir konnten ihr Paket nicht zustellen" obwohl jedes mal jemand zuhause war. I used to have to pick up every delivery from the shipping center. Always the message by email "We could not deliver your package" although someone was at home every time.
D	Daniela Kern on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War den ganzen Tag zuhause, der Fahrer läutet nicht mal, dann bekommt man eine Benachrichtigung die er in den Lift hängt und wir wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Wenn der Hausmeister uns den Zettel nicht gegeben hätte, hätten wir lange warten können. Das Paket war aber für sehr wichtig. Hoffe ich muss nichts mehr über GLS bestellen. M	Miguel Birnbaumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anstatt das Packet zuzustellen wird einfach ein Zettel in den Briefkasten geworfen. Konnte da sogar vom Fenster aus zuschauen, aber so schnell wie der Fahrer weg war, konnte ich gar nicht raus laufen. Wollte dann dort gleich anrufen und nachfragen, was da los ist aber außer der Warteschleife gibt es da offensichtlich keine Mitarbeiter. Auf mein darauffolgendes E-Mail wurde bis jetzt auch nicht geantwortet. Werde in Zukunft zuerst nachfragen, mit wem die Lieferung erfolgt. Instead of delivering the package, a piece of paper is simply thrown into the mailbox. I was even able to watch from the window, but as soon as the driver was gone, I couldn't run out. Then I wanted to call there and ask what was going on, but there are obviously no employees other than the queue. My subsequent e-mail has not yet been replied to either. In the future I will first ask with whom the delivery is being made.
